While we were preparing a recipe for fried rice, we discussed the effects of sodium on the diet. In this photo we are tasting a few different kinds of salt, and discussing the mineral content.

In-Person Training: WordPress 101

In June 2008 I presented WordPress 101, an in-person class that taught entrepreneurs how to set up a simple website using this free open-source publishing platform. The video below is a screen-cast, with the audio of presentation and student questions. The recording is about 36 minutes long.
